:
Conduct market research and identify ways to improve customer engagement and experience
Support the planning and execution of mall-wide promotions, campaigns, and events to boost traffic and tenant revenue
Source and liaise with licensees for atrium, roadshow, and advertising space bookings to drive revenue
Liaise with vendor and tenants in managing digital marketing, content creation, and social media engagement across platforms
Coordinate with internal teams, sponsors, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events
Ensure timely publicity of store listings, promotions, and events via website, mall directories, and social media
Prepare media releases and publicity materials and copy writing for mall events
Evaluate campaign performance and data analytics
Liaise with front line staff and backend departments for marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communications or relevant experience
Prior experience in retail mall marketing, events management, digital marketing and Social Media marketing will be an advantage
