Singapore is the Regional Hub for Prestige Spirits Advocacy across Asia. We aim to improve our portfolio presence within Asia, amplifying it in the top-end segment of HORECA and becoming the spirits company of choice for the world\xe2\x80\x99s best bartenders. Achieving the Brown-Forman brand and business ambitions requires delivering best-in-class brand
education, and building a community of brand advocates via cultural connections and experiences. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director of Asia and the International Advocacy Director and is a member of the Asia Marketing Leadership Team.

What you can expect

• Be the face of the BF Prestige Brand Portfolio to the trade. Exhibit expertise and detailed knowledge of our Super Premium brands and serve as a definitive resource for, distributors, media, consumers, and ambassadors/salespeople for insight into the brand\xe2\x80\x99s history, production techniques, and spirit category trends.
• Partner with Asia Marketing and the International Advocacy Director to build/implement a best-in-class brand education platform and tools that are distinct and ownable for Brown-Forman.
• Own the Singapore Advocacy budget and influence advocacy spend across Asia.
• Be the lead for planning and activating BCB Asia, TOC Asia, Asia Top 50 Restaurants Sponsorship and Activation, Trade Shows & Cocktail events such as Old Fashioned Week.
• Develop the strategy and structure for the Asia Ambassador team, clearly defining the roles, responsibilities, behaviors; Key cities focus, and KPIs to support brand/business objectives and inspire continuous development among team members.
• Lead management of Asia advocacy team and activation in Asia\xe2\x80\x99s most influential cities, leveraging local learnings and insights to refine long-term program strategy.
• Compile all best success, insights and feedback regarding emerging trends, buzz-worthy cocktails, and lifestyle drivers from markets, synthesizing knowledge across markets to strengthen BF marketing activations and communications.

What you will bring to the table

A professional individual with at least ten years of experience in a related field and a strong understanding of hospitality but with a marketing background.

5+ years of experience within the Spirits industry, is essential.

Strong relationship-building skills with market expertise

Keen interest and passion in the On-Trade and cocktail culture

Highly collaborative team player who is also self-directed and self-driven

Leadership and mentoring/training skills

A strong sense of ownership, pride, good organisational skills, including time and budget management.
