Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer

to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM development (Sites, Assets, and Components) and be comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions on

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x/Cloud Service)

platform.


Build reusable

AEM components, templates, and dialogs

using HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, and OSGi services.


Integrate AEM with external systems such as CRM, analytics, and marketing tools via REST APIs and web services.


Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional AEM components.


Develop workflows for content approval and publication.


Manage AEM deployment and environment configurations (author, publish, dispatcher).


Troubleshoot performance, caching, and scalability issues.


Maintain code quality with proper documentation, version control, and testing.


Work closely with DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.


Stay current with the latest AEM and Adobe Cloud Service updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years

of hands-on experience developing with

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service)

.


Strong proficiency with

Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly)

.


Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular (optional)

.


Experience with

AEM Dispatcher

configuration and optimization.


Familiarity with

Maven, Git, Jenkins

, and modern build/deployment tools.


Knowledge of

Adobe Experience Cloud products

(Target, Analytics, Launch) is a plus.


Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

AEM Developer Certification (Adobe Certified Expert).


Experience with

headless AEM (GraphQL, SPA Editor)

Understanding of

cloud environments

(Azure, AWS, or Adobe Cloud Manager).


Experience with

content migration

and legacy system integration.
