This job is best suited for people who thrive in fast-paced environments and who enjoy the sales process, independent and with positive attitude.Job descriptions Achieving sales target on medical, aesthetic & consumable related products Managing Key Accounts, participate in tenders and other direct purchase opportunities Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements Create marketing plans geared toward towards end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy and targets and within budget Liaise with events coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display /demo, producing delegate inserts, etc. Where appropriate, attend key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups; Perform market research to assess viability of potential new medical, aesthetic, cosumable products and to measure success of recent campaigns. To focus on sales development on the products and territories. Co-work with Admin and service section to manage customer satisfaction To identify new area/products for sales development To propose sales strategy and sets target and subsequently ensure the plans are executed accordingly Provide product expertise & training to the customersEducation and Skill requirements: Must have a Degree in Engineering/Business (Bioengineering /Biomedical/ Science/Engineering/Business or nursing) Min 5 years in promoting sales or business development in any field. In Medical field will be an advantage, either (medical aesthetics, beauty, or pharmaceutical industry) Knowledgeable with laser technology and its medical aesthetics applications will be an advantage Demonstrable ability to work in fast-paced environment Independent, Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills Effective communication skills and merticulous Exceptional customer service skills Good presentation skills and inter-personal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
