What we're looking for
Recognised qualification in aesthetics or a related beauty discipline
Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a salon or spa environment
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a passion for staying ahead of trends
Strong time management and organisational capabilities
