Aesthetics Sales Manager
- 6 days
- Mon-Fri: 10am - 8.30pm| Sat: 10am - 6.30pm
- Dhoby Ghaut / Raffles Place / Orchard / Scotts Road / Holland Village / Novena
- $3,500 - $4,000 + Commission
- Promoting and effectively representing and communicating the brand through passion and understanding of all our services.
- Achieve and exceed assigned personal / company sales targets.
- Experience in handling & closing high ticket sales.
- Oversee and ensure efficiency, profitability to meet KPIs of the outlet.
- Devising daily Sales Planning.
- Oversee all customer care / administrative operations & programs.
- Assist in Inventory Management.
- Actively following up & maintaining the after-sales relationship with customers.
- Ensuring & delivering high levels of results satisfaction & experience to customers.
- Working & building a cohesive environment with a team.
- To guide and lead the team to hit their monthly set targets.
- To keep up with the latest technologies and devices.
- Perform Face, Skin, Body, Hair and Scalp treatments with excellent skill and service attitude.
- Make professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service with professional touch.
- Play an active role in customer referral and retention.
- Relevant working experience in aesthetics.
- Proven track record of sales/target hit.
- Possess relevant certifications will be a bonus.
