KOL/KOC Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, acquire, and onboard KOLs across various social media platforms (e.g. IG, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu)
Affiliate CRM: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of KOL/KOCs by optimising acquisition strategies, providing onboarding support, and ensuring continuous engagement while incubating new affiliates to accelerate their performance and retention
Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Track and analyse initiative and acquisition performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance success metrics
Branding & Communication: Maintain a strong and unified SAP brand presence across all communication channels, including in-app communications, social media, and messaging channels
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any field
Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Keen interest in social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and the evolving digital marketing landscape
Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs
Experience in CRM, e-commerce and affiliate industry would be an added advantage
