After-Sales Service Manager

, you will lead after-sales operations across dealer and service networks, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.





Key Responsibilities:



Establish KPIs for dealer service centers (CSI, TAT, warranty cost). Manage warranty claims, validation, and recovery processes. Plan and optimize spare parts distribution. Deliver training programs for dealers and service staff. Provide field technical support for escalated service issues.

Requirements:



Bachelor's in Automotive or Business Management. 5+ years' experience in after-sales/service network roles. Strong communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with DMS and warranty management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:



EV after-sales experience (battery warranty, high-voltage systems). Multi-brand dealer management experience.
