Position title : CI Engineer

Location: Changi South
Working Days: 5 days, Mon to Friday
Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30 p.m
Salary : 3200-4***

Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Mechanical
\xef\x82\xb7At least 3 years of related experience
\xef\x82\xb7High level of PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite

for CI Engineer

To ensure success as a CI Engineer preferably you should have experience in continuous improvement, 5S and TPM knowledge.
Able to hands on to complete assignments. Resourceful in getting help / contractor to accomplished task. Advantageous to have Six Sigma Green / Black belt certified

Main Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7Coordinating and facilitating all Lean Manufacturing events to support continuous improvement
\xef\x82\xb7Planning and implementing full Kaizen events, as well as Point Kaizens (mini-kaizens)
\xef\x82\xb7Working with Plant Manager to identify events
\xef\x82\xb7Defining scope and goals of each event with Team Leaders and Plant Manager
\xef\x82\xb7Networking with other PST\'s plant personnel to develop best practices
\xef\x82\xb7Facilitating team use of Lean tools, including Kaizen 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving Process and identifying Waste
\xef\x82\xb7Leading 5-S Audits-perform with each team and follow-up to ensure measurement of successes
\xef\x82\xb7Estimating potential and validating actual results (dollars saved, defects eliminated, etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7Reporting and tracking the results of events, and communicating results to the appropriate employees and management by creating and publishing project and program metrics, dashboards and other results in graphical and other formats as appropriate and deemed necessary by Plant Manager
\xef\x82\xb7Managing and ensuring follow-up within department to ensure the recognized gains are sustained
\xef\x82\xb7Helping train the members of the department or area where events are held to improve sustainment and continuous improvements
\xef\x82\xb7Developing, summarizing, and presenting project/team results in power point presentations to the Plant Team -
