Your Role and Responsibilities
Position: Project Coordinator - C&C
Location: UP Ayala Techno Hub
Shift : Night Shift As Fin & Admin Agency Coordinator, he/she will assist the C&C Team & DRI in planning, monitoring and executing on our ongoing projects and enhancements, process improvements / quality assurance, and performance reporting. Monitors ongoing C&C Projects by ensuring Project Drivers are on task. Assists with Project discovery, requirements gathering, test case creation and execution. Manages DTP and Job Aid repository, as well as facilitate new system and process roll-outs to the C&C Team. Assists DRI and Tower Lead with project, process, and system improvement ideation and roadmap planning. Grooms and manage C&C Jira Portfolio Backlog Tickets. Facilitates DRI with bi-weekly Sprint Planning meetings with IT Product Management. Documents and follow-up on important meeting notes, actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for C&C and provides quality assurance for the IBM C&C Team as needed. Assists with the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance results/presentations. Supports day-to-day system administration & maintenance (iCollect, eRAM, MDM, JIRA Bugs). Supports any ad hoc tasks under for the DRI / C&C Leadership Team as needed (analysis of credit data, SOX key control testing and documentation, Unclaimed Property Reporting, etc.).
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Credit & Collections functions.
  • Expertise in flowcharts, powerpoints, excel is a must.
  • Prior experience working with Oracle, CloudIO, Salesforce, iCollect, and Credit Tools.
  • Prior experience with Project Management and Process Improvement.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Strong writing ability to clearly document meeting recap notes and action items.
  • Must be amenable to work in a flexible schedule (Morning, MId and Night shift) and willing to be based in the Quezon City office.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Previous working experience preferably in a global organization in a B2B or shared services setup. Advertising industry experience/knowledge is an advantage.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
  • Ability to execute tasks with little or no supervision.
  • Detail oriented and Strong team player
