Job Title: Agency Development Manager (Financial Services)

Basic Salary: $4,000-$5,000 per month (excluding performance bonus)

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Agency Development Manager to support the expansion and performance of our financial advisory team. This position focuses on recruitment, onboarding, analytics, and agency development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Pipeline

Manage end-to-end recruitment of financial consultants and banking sales profiles. Source, screen, shortlist, schedule, and follow up with candidates. Maintain strong weekly recruitment funnel KPIs.

2. Onboarding & Licensing

Oversee the onboarding flow, including CMFAS exams and RNF registration. Ensure new joiners complete compliance steps and system setup. Track new joiners' first 60-90 day performance milestones.

3. Analytics & Performance Reporting

Develop dashboards for recruitment funnel, onboarding progress, and activity levels. Analyse trends and produce weekly insights. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment and productivity.

4. Agency Development & Operations

Support agency training programs, bonding activities, workshops, and culture-building. Assist in team meetings, capability programs, and development routines. Coordinate with operations, training, and compliance teams.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in FA or banking sales recruitment/onboarding Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets dashboards) Excellent communication, planning, and follow-through Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Minimum Diploma in any discipline (Business/Management preferred)
