- Oversee and ensure there is holistic case management of patients
- Provide home care services assigned by Nurse Manager and ensure there is accurate assessment of the condition and provision of quality care
- Serving Medication to patients
- Min Diploma Nursing
- At least 2 years of ward and clinical experiences
- Full time permanent position
