Thales wants to become a Digital champion in all of its markets (Aerospace, Ground Transportation, Security, Defense, Space). The Digital Transformation Program launched by the group aims at leveraging digital technologies and culture to give best-in-class digital offers to our clients and new ways of working to our employees. In order to accelerate this transformation, the Thales Digital Factory is being set up to manage the transverse transformations, develop ground-breaking digital offers for all markets and new services for employees. This includes developing the Thales Digital platform and associated services, setting up an internal and external start-up incubator and a digital academy to train staff and organize events, in close link with the Digital ecosystem.

Thales Digital Factory in Singapore is seeking an Agile Coach to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Coach Agile teams to be responsible for the scrum artefacts, facilitating planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Developing and nurturing group dynamics, fostering the self-organization and organization pillars.
  • Coach and influence all customers, middle management and teams in adoption of Agile transformation
  • Serve as a mirror to the team and organization, reflecting agile values, reminding commitments, helping to build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of being judged, with an emphasis of problem solving.
  • Coach and support Scrum Masters and Product Owners by enabling them to be proficient in their accountabilities
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Scrum Master role for at least two years for a development team that was diligently applying Agile/Scrum and Lean principles, practices and theory.
  • Successful implementation with Scrum Teams and Scaling Agile.
  • Coaching experience and ability to influence all customers, middle management and teams
  • Ability to clearly explain to the customers benefits by adopting Agile development and organisational Agile transformation
  • Experience in coaching and delivering trainings: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile essentials, Lean and backlog management
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile, Lean, XP, Lean Start-up, Design Thinking and DevSecOps.
  • Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
  • Equipped varieties of techniques to drive various types of Agile workshops with customers and teams
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, presentation, facilitation and training skills in both physical and remote settings
  • Hands-on experience on JIRA and Miro
  • Support Agile project governance and contracting matters
