The role is to work collaboratively within the agile chapter to drive Agile transformation for the business and support digital cross-functional teams to adopt Agile methodologies as their new way of working. Agile Coach Responsibilities 1. Coaching: Serve as Agile Coach for 3-4 squads that are starting out with Agile to ensure new agile delivery squads are properly guided on industry standard agile best practices. This includes customizing inceptions and trainings as required, facilitating agile cadences and rituals as well as helping every squad to establish a rhythm that leads to increased yet sustainable productivity. 2. Mentoring: As a mentor, the Agile Coach is responsible for guiding squads into the Agile methodology, providing members with feedback and means of improvement and answering questions on a day-to-day basis. Provide hands-on support to all squad members, ensuring squad cohesion is built and lead squads toward embracing agile mindsets. 3. Educating: The Agile Coach must contribute to educating employees at all levels, including senior management, on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work. Together with other Chapters like DevOps and Release Management, provide training sessions that lead toward the organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies as needed. 4. Lead by example: Lead and facilitate Agile activities including organizing Agile events to enhance awareness of the squads' progress and achievements lead by example through championing agile values and share knowledge with the Agile community across the Group 5. Implementation: Contribute to implementing Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization by introducing techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. 6. Diagnostics and Improvement: Conduct periodic assessments or surveys to gauge squads' health, engagement and productivity and take appropriate actions individually or by seeking cooperation with other parts of the organization. 7. Planning: Support the Chapter and tribe leadership in planning and designing the optimal squads and tribe structure that supports achieving business outcomes, optimizes resources and enables efficient co-ordination and cross-work. 8. Tools Usage: Ensure the squad members are provided with the appropriate access to environments and tools and adequately enabled to perform, including compliance with any company specified processes or quality checks. Job Requirements Category Essential for this role Education and Qualifications University degree Agile Expert certified in one or more agile frameworks/role (SAFe/LeSS/Scrum) Work Experience 1.7-10 years working experience 2.Min 2-3 years working experience as Agile Coach 3.Successful track record of delivery using an iterative/agile methodology (e.g. SAFe/LeSS/Scrum) 4.Lead, teach, show, mentor and support people through their own agile journey 5.Proven experience in building agile training materials & delivering activity-based classroom training Technical / Professional Skills Please provide at least 3 1. Certified Agile Coach 2. 2-3yrs experience in conducting Agile specific trainings (Agile methodologies, Scrum Master/Product Owner trainings etc) 3. strong background on agile tools like Jira, Confluence 4.
