Job Description
Job Role: -Agile Coach
Job Location: -Singapore
Experience: -7-9 Years
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guide teams and stakeholders on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Coach and mentor multiple Agile teams to improve delivery efficiency and collaboration.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement practices.
- Support transformation initiatives and help align Agile practices with business goals.
- Measure Agile maturity and recommend process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and scaling models.
- Experience in Agile transformation and stakeholder management.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Certified in CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
