Job Description
We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead digital and cross-functional initiatives across our product and tech teams. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile frameworks to drive innovation and results.?
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Coordinate across engineering, design, and product teams to meet deadlines. Identify risks and resolve blockers proactively. Track budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership with transparency.
Requirements:
3-5 years of project management experience in tech, software, or digital agencies. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. Excellent organizational and communication skills. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
