They partner with clients to translate requirements into actionable user stories and lead multi-functional development teams to shepherd those stories into working products on time and on budget.What You\'ll Do

• Define and work within an agile project governance framework (e.g. establish team cadence, facilitate Scrum events, manage dependencies, issues and risks)
• Partner with the Product Owner to define the product roadmap, owning the structure and content of the product backlog including user stories that effectively communicate stakeholder requirements and that are easily consumed by software development teams
• Be the functional and subject matter authority for the solution and act as the liaison between product, technology, business and governance teams
• Drive delivery across multiple domains, e.g. define and validate the technical approach, strategy and deliverables with technical leads; lead quality engineers/testers in the execution of test plans and verification of sprint feature releases; facilitate UAT and business acceptance .

A little about you:

• 7+ years managing software projects in a consulting environment; must have experience leading teams of 5 or more, and/or $1M in budget.
• Able to serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
• Solid knowledge in software delivery: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and Lean
• Experience leading all Scrum events including sprint planning, daily Scrum, sprint review, and retrospective.
• Experience or Exposure in software development, leveraging the programming languages and technology such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kotlin, Swagger, React, TypeScript, React Router, MobX, Jest, Java, Python, Cloud Native Services
• Experience working in both project delivery (Day 1) as well as managed services (Day 2), delivering IT services outcome and continuous software enhancements.
• Experience in driving impact assessment of business requirements, supporting product owners in developing user stories and coordinating with team to estimate story point.
• Experience in coaching the team from traditional way of working to a modern way of working, leveraging Agile Delivery and modern delivery discipline is preferred.
• Exposure in applying modern delivery disciplines and tools such as DevOps is preferred.
• Possess clear and transparent communication. Ensure all team members and stakeholders understand the project\'s status, goals, and obstacles.
