Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you are required to develop and execute M1\xe2\x80\x99s public communications initiatives and
stakeholder engagement activities. The primary responsibilities of this position are to increase awareness, build and sustain a good image of M1 through planned publicity campaigns and PR activities.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and coordinating all public relations activities, as well as build and strengthen relationships with key players to achieve the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives.
You would also be responsible for fostering effective communication within the organization, ensuring that employees are informed about company updates, policies, and initiatives. This may involve creating internal communication plans, managing company newsletters, organizing town hall meetings, and utilizing various communication channels to engage and connect with employees.
Overall, the successful candidate would be pivotal in maintaining a positive corporate image, both externally and internally, and fostering a transparent and cohesive communication environment to support the company\'s goals and objectives.
