The depth of knowledge amongst its teams and divisions provides its customers with clear advantage, and its technology-led service provides access to all major exchanges, order-flow management via screen, voice and DMA, plus award-winning data, insights and analytics.Role SummaryThe successful candidate will provide coverage for existing Asian clients on allocated markets as necessary and will work to develop new revenue streams and expand existing ones.Overall Responsibilities

• Working with and supporting the team with daily activities including preparation of daily market reports
• Monitoring and analyzing market performance and communicating it to customers
• Meeting with new and existing clients on a consistent basis to develop and maintain business relationships
• Executing orders between traders to buy or sell via phone or computer
• Identifying potential clients via research and cold calling
• Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements
• Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
• Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the FCA
• At all times complying with the relevant Code of Conduct within the appropriate jurisdictions.
• The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time

Competencies, Skills and ExperienceCompetencies and Skills:

• Good phone etiquette
• Posses at least basic understanding of Derivatives
• Computer literacy (Excel proficiency) with excellent numeracy skills
• Detail-oriented and able to judge the risk/reward trade-off in daily operations
• Able to think and react quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of delivering information to clients in a very fast and efficient manner
• Able to negotiate in order to maximize desk profitability.
• Must have very strong interpersonal skills and be an excellent communication in English

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics or Business, or equivalent work experience in the Derivatives space
• Requires FCA certification
• 2 - 4 years broking / sales experience
