Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting the necessary tests to ensure the overall plant health
- Able to identify and recognize plant diseases, issues and pests and treat accordingly if any
- Assist the management to collect and when necessary analyze production data to facilitate production schedule.
- Assist the management in training general workers in growing techniques \xe2\x80\x93 such as pest control, irrigation.
- Support the management team with production knowledge on farm management and plant fertilization programmes
- Provide support when necessary with regards to the company\xe2\x80\x99s R&D projects.
- Any other job duties that may fall into the purview of production.
- Graduands from Diploma in Landscape and Horticulture, Urban Agricultural Technology or any Life Sciences will be preferred.
- Strong interest in learning and working in the field of Agriculture and working with ornamental/aquarium plants
- Independent, Initiative and willing to learn
