Roles & Responsibilities: * Performs the required tasks to support daily operations of the mega indoor farm, including operations of seeding equipment, planting and managing material inventory. Responsible for operational tasks including planting, transplanting and repotting of plants based on production requirements. Report plant health updates concerning pests, plant diseases and malnutrition as well as harvest records. Responsible for maintaining cultivation tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Perform handling, labelling, packaging, loading and unloading of plants and materials, as well as crops' packaging for both inbound and outbound transportations. Update and report inventory records and ensure sufficient stock levels for raw materials and merchandise for smooth operations. Work closely with production and logistic teams to ensure delivery arrangement fulfil customers' requirements. Responsible for planning and updating of the Production schedule as well as to maintain workplace 5S. Carry out assigned jobs, ad-hoc duties or project works when tasked. Requirements: Minimum Secondary/ITE holder with 2 to 3 years of working experiences. Prior working experience in an operational shift-pattern environment and handling physical works would be preferred. Good team player and able to adapt well in a dynamic environment. Able to communicate, cross-work and interact well across all levels. Shift Work: 7am to 4pm, no shift allowance. 1:30pm to 10:30pm, shift allowance per working day. 10pm to 8am, shift allowance per working day.
