AI Application Developer
We are seeking a motivated and versatile AI Application Developer for a 1-year contract to support digital transformation initiatives across our inspection business unit and internal platforms.


This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, data engineering, and low-code/no-code solutions. You will work closely with the business to deliver practical digital tools that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities

Build and enhance PowerApps (including offline forms) and Power Automate workflows. Refactor and extend Python applications (e.g., report generation, data migration, data analysis). Design and implement RPA bots, ETL pipelines, and data engineering solutions. Develop JavaScript-based applications or extensions where required. Create dashboards and reports to provide operational insights. Explore and integrate chatbots, OCR, and AI/ML features into business workflows. Work with Microsoft Azure services (Dataverse, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.) for backend solutions. Use Azure DevOps pipelines for basic CI/CD. Deploy and manage applications in Docker/Kubernetes environments (nice to have). Participate in BCA audits and ad-hoc hardware troubleshooting when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

0-4 years of experience in software development, automation, or digital solutions. (Fresh graduates welcome) Proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and automation. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Familiarity with JavaScript for app development and integrations. Interest in RPA, data engineering, and automation.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS). Exposure to MongoDB. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows. Understanding of OCR technologies and chatbot development.

Education

Candidates should possess either a degree or diploma in relevant fields: Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
