Responsibilities
Develop and execute AI-enhanced content strategies aligned with brand and audience goals.
Lead cross-functional teams in applying AI tools for ideation, production, and personalization.
Experiment with emerging AI technologies such as generative models, virtual companions, and dynamic narratives.
Support internal AI literacy programs and contribute to role evolution frameworks.
Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI in content creation.
Define KPIs and track effectiveness of AI-driven content initiatives.
Requirements
Minimally 10 years of experience working advertising and background in media & content
Good understanding of social and content solutions and how they work for brands
Excellent analytical skills and ability to deliver social consultancy projects to clients (social listening, social performance analysis, social strategy)
Expertise in measurement of sociak/content campaigns
Experienced project manager, who is used to managing multiple projects
Ability to lead AI transformation initiatives while integrating with advertising & media
