Job Description

Key Skills Required:



Deep understanding of

Large Language Models (LLMs)

, particularly

Azure OpenAI (GPT models)

and related ecosystems. Expertise in

prompt engineering

,

few-shot learning

, and

context optimization

to enhance chatbot performance for defined use cases. Proficiency in

Python

,

LangChain

, and integration of

LLMs with Azure services

(e.g.,

Azure OpenAI

,

Azure Cognitive Search

,

Azure Machine Learning

). Experience in designing and evaluating

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

pipelines. Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing chatbot

accuracy

,

coherence

, and

latency

through

A/B testing

and

user feedback loops

. Familiarity with

versioning and deployment of models

via

Azure Machine Learning

or similar frameworks.

Bonus:

Knowledge of

multi-language LLM tuning

and

translation consistency evaluation

.
