Key Skills Required:
Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly Azure OpenAI (GPT models) and related ecosystems.
Expertise in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and context optimization to enhance chatbot performance for defined use cases.
Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and integration of LLMs with Azure services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning).
Experience in designing and evaluating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing chatbot accuracy, coherence, and latency through A/B testing and user feedback loops.
Familiarity with versioning and deployment of models via Azure Machine Learning or similar frameworks.
Bonus: Knowledge of multi-language LLM tuning and translation consistency evaluation.
