Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI models and algorithms, including Generative AI models, to enhance product capabilities and automate processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Generative AI technologies where applicable.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions with existing products and platforms to deliver seamless functionality and performance.
• Optimize AI models for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, with a focus on the efficient deployment of Generative AI tools.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, including Generative AI models, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and machine learning, applying new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings to support knowledge sharing within the team, with special attention to the usage of Generative AI tools.
• Collaborate on the integration of Generative AI models into existing IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to enhance automation and service efficiency.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role with a track record of deploying AI solutions, including Generative AI models, in production.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML tools, especially AWS Bedrock.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Generative AI, NLP, and transformer-based models.
• Knowledge of the Langchain technology stack and AWS Bedrock for Generative AI solutions.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes, with the ability to integrate AI- driven automation.
