AI-powered personal finance assistant

, where users can record expenses, analyze spending, and receive saving insights through

chat-based interactions

(WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, etc.). Our vision is to make personal finance management

as natural as chatting with a friend

We are now looking for an

AI Engineer

to join our founding team in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and integrating AI models that power our intelligent expense tracking, receipt parsing, and financial reporting features.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI workflows for: +

Natural Language Understanding (NLU)

for chat-based financial input.
+

Speech-to-Text (ASR)

and

OCR

for receipts, invoices, and bank statements.
+

AI-generated reports & insights

(weekly/monthly spending reviews, saving suggestions).
Fine-tune and integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.) for financial use cases. Build scalable pipelines with frameworks like

LangChain, Dify, or RAG architectures

. Work closely with product & engineering teams to deliver user-friendly features. Ensure data privacy & security in AI processing (sensitive financial data).

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields. Strong proficiency in

Python

and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow). Experience with

LLMs, NLP, ASR, or OCR models

. Familiar with AI workflow frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, RAG). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prototype quickly. Passion for

fintech and AI-driven products

. Bonus: Previous experience in finance-related AI, recommendation systems, or chatbot development.

Salary

Startup Phase: SGD 6,000-9,000/month * Plus equity incentives for the founding team
