:

Solution Design & Advisory

Work with pre-sales / solution architecture to understand client requirements; craft AI/ML-based proposals, proofs of concept (POCs) or prototypes.


Assess feasibility: data availability, infrastructure, integration constraints, scalability, cost, security, and compliance (e.g. data privacy).

Model Development & Experimentation

Identify appropriate modelling approaches (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement, deep learning, etc.) for client problems (e.g. demand forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, automation).


Experiment with datasets, perform feature engineering, data cleaning, selection, and preprocessing.


Use state-of-the-art ML / DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit?learn) to build models; evaluate via cross?validation, A/B testing where relevant.

Deployment & Integration

Collaborate with software engineering / DevOps / cloud teams to productionize ML models: containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), microservices, APIs.


Ensure models are integrated with clients' or internal systems: data pipelines, batch/real?time inference, ingestion from various sources (IoT, logs, transactional systems).

Scaling & Performance

Monitor, maintain, retrain models as needed. Track performance metrics, drift, bias.


Optimize models for latency, throughput, resource consumption (compute, memory).


Ensure robustness, fault tolerance, and resilience in production environments.

Data Infrastructure & Pipelines

Work with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, streaming pipelines when needed.


Manage data storage, versioning, access, and security; ensure compliance with data governance rules.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or equivalent. PhD is a plus for specialized roles. 3+ years of hands?on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining ML/AI models (or more depending on seniority). Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit?learn). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), serverless or microservices patterns. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, probabilities/statistics, numerical methods.
