About your role


Model development: Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and ship machine-learning models for robotics tasks. (e.g. segmentation, edge detection, pose/feature estimation). LLM workflows & agents: Design tool-using LLM agents (planning, code-gen, retrieval, function/tool calling) and orchestrate end-to-end automations using tools like n8n or similar platforms. RAG & knowledge: Build vector databases, chunking/embedding strategies, guardrails, and evaluation strategies. Systems integration: Expose AI services via robust APIs/SDKs and integrate with our application. MLOps: Implement and maintain training/evaluation pipelines, model versioning, and deployment workflows to production environments.
Requirements


Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering Strong ML/DL fundamentals with hands-on experience in

PyTorch

(or TensorFlow/JAX), and solid Python engineering practices. Proven experience with

LLMs

: prompt design, function/tool calling, finetuning/LoRA, RAG; familiarity with stacks like

OpenAI

Anthropic

, or

Llama

. MLOps knowledge -- tools like

MLflow

Weights & Biases

, model registries, artifact/version management, and automated evaluations. Practical experience with workflow orchestration using

n8n

(or equivalent) to wire LLMs, APIs, webhooks, schedulers, and human-in-the-loop steps. Proficiency with Git and Git Flow. Familiarity with agile software development (Scrum, Jira). * Good understanding of APIs and backend integration.
