Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Preschool Teacher with a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts to join our team. This unique role will combine traditional early childhood education practices with opportunities to introduce age-appropriate AI concepts and tools to young learners. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and integrating them into engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.Responsibilities:





Curriculum Implementation:


Develop and implement engaging, play-based curriculum activities that align with early childhood education standards and promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.


Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the individual needs and learning styles of all children.


Integrate age-appropriate AI concepts and tools into daily activities (examples provided below).


Classroom Management:


Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.


Establish and enforce positive classroom management techniques.


Supervise children during all activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.


AI Integration:


Explore and experiment with age-appropriate AI tools and applications for early childhood education (e.g., educational apps, interactive robots).


Develop and implement activities that introduce basic AI concepts such as pattern recognition, problem-solving, and simple coding.


Collaborate with the school administration to research and evaluate new AI resources.


Communication:


Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.


Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updates on student learning.


Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive school environment.


Assessment:


Observe and assess children's development and learning progress.


Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.


Use assessment data to inform curriculum planning and individualize instruction.
