Responsibilities:


Responsible for the full-cycle development of aviation system projects, from concept, planning and execution to deployment, with key involvement in the iCALC project; Manage IT project planning, including resources allocation, timeline management and risk assessment, etc. to ensure timely and successful project delivery; Develop and implement AI-powered applications leveraging the latest LLM APIs (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini Ultra, LLaMA 2) for iCALC and other assigned projects to address real-world operational challenges; Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive AI initiatives to optimize operational efficiency; Lead and promote internal AI adoption by identifying automation opportunities and deploying AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making, including scenario design, flow mapping, and prototyping; Conduct market research to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to enhance AI applications; document solution architecture and lessons learned for each incubation cycle to ensure knowledge transfer and scalability; Continuously learn and master the latest AI trends and technologies to advance the company's capabilities, with a focus on enhancing and scaling iCALC and other assigned projects; Oversee functional prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures in collaboration with the advanced engineering team; and Perform ad hoc duties and business travel as assigned by company.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; At least 3 years of AI development experience, including successful development and deployment of AI systems. Experience gained in Finance industry is preferred; Strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern orchestration tools like LangChain and LangGraph; Deep understanding of the latest AI trends, with hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Computer Vision, proficient in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript; Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented, and functional design principles. Experience in REST API development. Strong skills in NoSQL database design and RDBMS design/optimizations; Strong learning ability, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of self-motivation; Fluent in English, with strong documentation writing abilities; Holders of AI-related certifications and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are preferred, as are graduates from universities ranked in the top 100 of the QS World Rankings; Assist and implement group initiative or projects as assigned; Perform any ad hoc duties or business travel as assigned by Company; and Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior AI Project Engineer.
