Job Title: AI EngineerBrief Description HiCura Medical Pte Ltd is a medtech company that builds intelligent solutions for image-guided procedures. Our product, uSINE is a AI-powered ultrasound guidance software to improve spinal injections such as epidurals and spinal anaesthesia. We are looking for a self-motivated and committed individual to join a fast-paced medtech startup. The individual will be working closely with the team on software development and R&D.Job Responsibilities:

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
• Write well-designed, testable code.
• Develop, deploy, test advanced computer vision and AI/ML/DL algorithms.
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Document and maintain software functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
• Comply with project plans and industry standards.
• Ensure software is updated with latest features.

Requirements:

• Proficient in production level Python programming.
• Expertise in image processing and Open CV.
• Experience in transfer learning and AI / ML / DL frameworks such as scikit learn, PyTorch, MXNet and TensorFlow.

• Experience with development environments and toolchains such as Linux, Git
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and requests.
• A strong desire to learn.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields.
• Previous medical device experience is highly preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer is a plus.
