The Opportunity Join a high-impact, greenfield initiative to design and build the firms next-generation AI platform. As a Core Developer, you will be at the center of integrating advanced AIxe2x80x94both proprietary and third-partyxe2x80x94into global systems that drive trading, risk, and client solutions. This role blends technical depth with strategic influence across several areas:

• Design and implement robust, production-grade AI systems that integrate seamlessly with key firm platforms, including trading engines, risk models, and client applications.
• Continuously evaluate cutting-edge AI technologiesxe2x80x94such as large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systemsxe2x80x94for practical application in financial contexts.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers to transition AI models from research to production, optimizing for scalability, low latency, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the firms AI strategy by helping define the technical roadmap and architectural vision, balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform evolution.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python or Golang, backed by solid engineering principles and extensive hands-on development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning, with expertise in large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Practical experience with distributed computing frameworks, including Kubernetes, Spark, or comparable systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and high-stakes environments.
