Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our innovation center. This position involves conducting cutting-edge AI based software development, designing novel algorithms especially for test solutions for the next generation mobile communication system.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop AI/ML models and software for network optimization, installation optimization, resource allocation, and automation in test solutions for the next generation mobile communication and network. Design and implement prototypes, simulations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations for test solutions for 5G/6G and AI-RAN (AI-driven Radio Access Networks) technologies. Collaborate with academia, industry consortia, and standardization bodies (e.g., 3GPP, O-RAN Alliance, ETSI) to contribute to emerging next generation standards. Develop patents and contribute to the company's intellectual property (IP) portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and data scientists, to integrate AI into automated test solutions in the next generation mobile systems.


Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Required Qualifications:Master's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), and edge computing. Programming skills in Python, C++, MATLAB, etc. for AI-based network modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge or hands-on experience with networking protocols, 5G and Open RAN system.

Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share technological insights.
