Responsibilities

• Physically deploying of systems out onto customers\xe2\x80\x99 premises
• Calibrating and finetuning active deployments
• Maintenance checks to ensure all systems are operational
• Incorporate data engineering best practices into operations
• Engage and manage external stakeholders on operational matters and product inputs or feedback
• Carry out various ad-hoc tasks from operations, engineering, product design, etc
• Designing and implementing process or efficiency improvements for intra-team and cross-team collaborations

Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Self-starter. Ability to pick things up quickly with minimal guidance and be resourceful.
• A passion for solving problems and providing value-added solutions with attention to detail.
• All-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
