What the role is:You deep dive into technical solutions, work with operational users to acquire datasets and models for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a product developer.What you will be working on:On this, you need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning(AI/ML) technology so as to proactively identify, initiate and promulgate worthwhile engineering projects that could be maximised in similar use cases across the SAF. Your challenge lies in having in-depth understanding of AI/ML and languages like Python, and have experience with data structures and algorithms. You need to stay acquainted with the latest AI/ML technologies and have a deep understanding of their application and impact to ensure that the deployment of such tools is beneficial to the SAF.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification in quantitative, scientific and technology disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics with at least 3 years\' relevant working experience. Having a deep understanding of AI/ML, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks and deep learning, as well as hands-on experience working with current AI tools like TensorFlow and PyTorch, is required. Being able to multi-task and work under stressful environment is required. In addition, possession of strong leadership traits, good planning abilities and communication skills is essential.
