Make an Impact by

• Manage VoiceBot conversation flows: troubleshoot, liasing with vendor to update prompts
• Design VoiceBot call flows for new use cases.
• Liaise with vendor(s) on feature requirements and feedback implementation.
• Analyze bot and sales performance data and user interactions to optimise conversion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new use cases or flows to optimise sale

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing auniversity degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest or experience in digital sales, AI voice tech, or customer service.
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and coordinating across teams
