• Oversee and maintain the knowledge base for AI sales bots
• Ensure product info, promos, and FAQs are always up-to-date.
• Coordinate across teams during product launches to reflect updates in bots.
• Ensure alignment of bot responses with Singtel's products and services

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing auniversity degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Offi ce(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fast learner with a strong grasp of Singtel's product ecosystem.
• Strong command of Englishand keen eye for clear, concise communication.
• Organized and analytical, witha keen attention to detail.
• Able to juggle multiple launches/updates and manage version control
