Make an Impact by

• Support VoiceBot launch by executing test cases across various customer journeys and reviewing call logs to identify improvements post-launch.
• Log and consolidate feedback and report any gaps, confusion, or issues in real-time.
• Test updated flows before go-live
• When we need to update prompts in the chatbot, ensure bot is answering coherently. If have errors, relay feedback for the relevant tech teams to resolve/improve upon.

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, observant, and able to follow structured test cases.
• Good communication and documentation habits.
• Eager to learn about AI, sales automation, and digital workflows
