Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop cutting-edge AI and ML models to solve complex business and technical problems. Apply techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning (CNN, RNN, Transformers), NLP, and generative AI. Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to deploy and integrate AI models into applications. Perform data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Research new AI algorithms and stay updated with the latest developments in the field. Publish findings in internal/external journals or conferences (optional for research-focused roles). Build scalable AI pipelines and workflows using modern tools and cloud platforms. Address ethical, legal, and privacy considerations in AI design.

Required Skills and Experience:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience

in designing and deploying machine learning or AI models in production environments. Strong programming skills in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or similar. Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Spark. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment. Strong foundation in statistics, probability, optimization, and algorithm design. Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Contributions to open-source projects, published papers, or AI competitions (e.g., Kaggle). Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering. Familiarity with AI/ML governance, model interpretability, fairness, and responsible AI principles.

Soft Skills:

Curious, self-driven, and innovative thinker. Collaborative and comfortable working in agile environments. * Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
