Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise pre-sales engagements across JAPAC, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape and win strategic AI opportunities.
• Drive discovery, solution architecture, executive-ready demos, PoCs/benchmarks, and technical deal support for customers in regulated and high-scale industries.
• Lead technical discovery with C-level, business, data, and engineering stakeholders; translate business objectives into clear AI problem statements and solution approaches.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions using deep learning and LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG strategies, fine-tuning approaches), integrating vector databases for retrieval, personalization, and semantic search.
• Present and articulate advanced product capabilities, future roadmap, and solution differentiators; tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with field team on opportunity strategy; influence deal progression, objection handling, competitive positioning, and executive briefings.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years in solutions engineering/pre-sales or closely related roles delivering enterprise-grade AI or software solutions across JAPAC.
• Strong communication skills: executive presence, clear storytelling, whiteboarding, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and domain issues; highly detail-oriented with a passion for work quality.
• Proven track record delivering live PoCs/pilots and shepherding AI projects from concept to production handoff.
• Demonstrable experience in at least one of the following areas

• Deep Learning

- At least two years of experience using Deep Learning models to solve problems
- Worked with a variety of the different models
- Experience with model training and finetuning
- Deployed at least three projects which have gone live

• Generative AI

- At least one year of experience using LLMs
- Worked with at least two models, with or without RAG
- Experience with finetuning LLMs

• Vector Database

- Knowledge / Experience with vector database functionalities
- Able to configure a vector database for a specific use case

• Python Coding

- Expert level expertise in Python language
- Substantial portfolio of Python applications * Work arrangement: onsite at Oracle Singapore office
