We are looking for an innovative and proactive

AI Solutions Research & Implementation Officer

to join our team. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and technologies that optimize daily operations, improve productivity, and enhance business outcomes. Your insights and guidance will help position our company as a leader in AI-driven real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to identify AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to real estate operations. Assess the feasibility, ROI, and operational impact of AI solutions to prioritize implementation. Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations and IT teams to identify areas where AI can improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion. Implement pilot projects to test AI-driven campaigns, chatbots, recommendation engines, and workflow automation. Design and lead pilot projects to test AI applications. Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of AI adoption. Train and guide staff on the effective and ethical use of AI tools. Work closely with IT and operations teams to integrate AI solutions securely and seamlessly into existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Higher Nitec Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, automation, and workflow optimization. Proven experience in evaluating, piloting, and implementing AI solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise software integration is a plus. * Fresh graduates are welcome
