We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to own both pre-sales project management and post-sales support process for acquiring/growing our most strategic AIML accounts in the region. Within this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to drive daily customer success, deliver value, and foster long-term growth. You will be responsible for leading cross-team collaborations on features and capacity planning that impact both product and business. Think working with cross functional teams across large organizations, moving folks towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a "roll your sleeve up" person with a bias for action. You possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. You will act as the general manager for your account.
This position is based in Singapore or Hong Kong and requires 40%-50% travel across the region.
