Repair work, actively participating in hands-on tasks (Testing and Commissioning).

Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors

on service assignments. On-site standby for immediate response to incidents. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction process at job sites Ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and requirements Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that work is being completed to the required standards Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers and clients Manage and maintain all necessary construction documentation and records Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition and properly maintained Operate and drive company vehicles as required with a Class 3 Singapore driving license Need to pickup & dropoff of technicians to sites when assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Possess Class 3 driving license

(optional, may drive company van when needed).

Nitec or Diploma in related engineering filed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in construction supervision or related field 3-6 year of experience or above in

Chiller, ACMV, HVAC. On-site basis.

Valid Safety Supervisor certification Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
