Arrange collection, booking with airlines.
Prepare, handle, and process all necessary documentation, including customs and regulatory paperwork.
Accurately monitor, track, and trace cargo movements and update customers, agents with uplift status.
Communicate efficiently with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email, phone, instant messaging, and in person
Monitor and update relevant reports.
Ensure accurate and prompt billing to clients.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements always.
Develop an understanding of departmental workflows and actively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Create and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Secondary School / "O" Level or equivalent.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location:
Changi Airfreight Centre.
