Air Freight Coordinator * Location: Changi * Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 * Working Hours: 5.5 Days (9am -6pm, 9am -12pm) Job Responsibilities * Handle day to day operations independently and Air Freight Coordinator Location: Changi Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 Working Hours: 5.5 Days (9am -6pm, 9am -12pm) Job Responsibilities Handle day to day operations independently and proficiently Responsible for all shipping documents (related documentations booking with airlines, preparation of Airwaybill etc.) Daily liaising with oversea counterparts, local sales and operation teams on delivery and logistics issues Inputting cargo details and assuring payment from suppliers and customers are input into the internal groupware system Monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customers within a stipulated operation turnaround time Coordinate and communicate customer's needs and provide timely proposals and solutions to customers Quotations CCN & CMD submissions Handling of customer's complaint or issue, if any Carrying out all air freight forwarding related tasks Ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Min 2 years' experience in Freight Forwarding Industry If you are interested to apply, kindly WhatsApp me your updated resume in DOC file and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
