What the role involves:
Handle day-to-day activities Ensure smooth daily workflow, co-ordinate with operation section and traffic and warehouse department Entering shipment data in in-house system Pre-alerts to destination offices via email Ensure all bookings are handled in a timely manner Manage problems, answer general inquiries and complaints for both local and overseas Respond to emails promptly Handle any other ad-hoc jobs assignedRequired Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
'O' level 1 year in Airfreight and familiar with export process Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Well-organized on planning work tasks and meticulous Good communication skill and a team player with positive working attitudeWorking Location

Working Hours
Monday: 08:30 am to 06:00 pm
Tuesday - Friday: 08:30 am to 06:15 pm
