Air Freight Import Coordinator / Shipping Coordinator / Customer Support / Changi * 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday) * Changi Airfreight Centre * $2,600 - $3,300 Job Scope: * Ensure accurate Air Freight Import Coordinator / Shipping Coordinator / Customer Support / Changi 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday) Changi Airfreight Centre $2,600 - $3,300 Job Scope: Ensure accurate and timely input of shipment information into system. Liaise with both sales support and sales team to ensure service quality to clients. Anticipate problems and take proactive actions to ensure smooth delivery, optimize value and proactively minimize demurrage. To monitor own performance and upkeep of individual KPI / KRA. Resolve and rectify any failure in system process and operational issues, if not escalation to superior. Align and support corporate's direction and policies and inclined to BPO's approach for standardization of process and increase Productivity and KPI. Accrual all costs in the system and book in vendors' invoices. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader and department manager. Job Requirements: Minimum 'O Level and above with 1 year working experience in Air Freight will be advantage. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office preferred
