Responsibilities


Accountable for ensuring that performance meets overall business needs, including strategy, cost savings and people management Ad-hoc duties as assigned Carrying out ALL Air Freight forwarding related tasks CCN & CMD submissions Coordinates all operations (Export, Import and Customs activities) and adhere to regulations and internal procedures Develops a high performance service culture within the Export and Import Departments Drives continuous improvement in process flows for Air Import with the Warehouse and Dispatch works Ensures all Operations teams meet customer requirements and takes corrective measures from requirements Ensures realization of budgetary performance by setting and monitoring clear objectives Ensures performance meets all business needs at a Global and Regional level Handling all Customer's complaint or issue, if any Leads all related vendors to ensure the highest level of service is achieved assists and answers all customer inquiries and any other related customer service functions Monitors quality and adherence to standards and is responsible for constant improvement Provides guidelines to Export and Import to ensure transactional operations are consistent with the local business environment
Requirements/ Qualifications :


Able to start work immediate or on short notice Business level English (in speaking, writing & reading) Excellent knowledge of international trade and freight forwarding Have multi-year working experience with an international freight forwarding service provider Minimum 6 years industry experience (especially Air & Sea Freight) Or Min 3-4 years of related work experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry Familiar with import/export permit declaration and cargo clearance procedures Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills This role must be self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong drive to exceed their targets Working knowledge of All operating platforms You have solid understanding of operations across multiple modes * You have excellent communication skills and have the necessary skills for driving alignment and collaboration
