Job Description
Benefits Summary:
- Logistics Industry, 3PL
- Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB
- Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm, Alternate Saturday 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 12.30pm
- Location: Tampines
- Willing to work at Changi Airport Cargo (For 1st week once a month rotation)
- Support daily air freight import operations
- Prepare essential documentation, including Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, and COO
- Ensure precise data updates according to airline requirements in the TMF system
- Send, receive, and confirm pre-alerts to all relevant parties
- Coordinate air cargo bookings with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents
- Organize cargo pick-up arrangements with transport providers as needed
- Arrange shipments, including permit declarations, for air imports
- Provide guidance and assistance in air cargo operations at the terminal when necessary
- Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming emails
- Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders to facilitate efficient shipment execution
- Perform any additional tasks as delegated by management
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Air freight forwarding operations
- Good working experience in air cargo clearance permit declarations
- DG Certification would be an added advantage
